VIBE Protocol Finder: Which Protocol Should I Run?

With 60 built-in protocols plus a library of brain wave sequences, it can be hard to know where to start with your VIBE pemf device. Choose a condition from the list below and the VIBE Protocol Finder will show you which protocols are designed around it, how long each one runs, and the order to use them in.
It covers every core protocol in the VIBE menu and more than 60 additional conditions supported by the Brain Wave (expansion) protocols, from back pain and arthritis to sleep, stress, immune support and skin concerns.
A second drop-down lists the frequency protocols: the Solfeggio tones, the Earth resonances, Vagus Nerve and the five Brain Wave protocols. These are built around a tone rather than a condition, so you can look up the details of any of them directly.
The same VIBE protocols can be used across the whole family. Click on the link for the VIBE Protocol Finder for Horses or the VIBE Protocol Finder for Dogs
How to use the VIBE Protocol Finder
- Choose your condition from the first drop-down list. If there is no exact match, choose the closest match to your condition.
- Start with the core protocol shown first.
- For added support, follow it with any additional core protocols and the related brain wave protocols, which are run one after the other in the order shown.
- Prefer to look up a specific tone? Use the second drop-down to choose a frequency protocol, such as a Solfeggio tone, an Earth resonance, Vagus Nerve or one of the Brain Wave protocols.

The VIBE is a wellness device intended to support relaxation, comfort and general well-being. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Descriptions explain what each protocol was designed around; they are not claims of medical effect. Individual responses vary. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider, and do not stop or change prescribed care based on this material.
Add it to Your Phone as an App
Keep the protocol finder one tap away. Add it to your home screen and it opens full-screen like an app, with its own icon. It is free, there is nothing to download from an app store, and it keeps working without an internet connection after the first time you open it.
iPhone or iPad (Safari)
- Open this link: https://vibewell.ca/finder-app/ in Safari. Other browsers on iPhone cannot add apps to the home screen.
- Tap the Share button (the square with an arrow pointing up).
- Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
- Tap Add. The icon now appears on your home screen.
Android phone or tablet (Chrome)
- Open this link: https://vibewell.ca/finder-app/ in Chrome.
- Tap the menu (the three dots at the top right).
- Tap Install app (or Add to Home screen on some phones).
- Tap Install. The icon now appears on your home screen.
Computer (Chrome or Edge)
- Open this link: https://vibewell.ca/finder-app/ in Chrome or Edge.
- Click the Install icon at the right-hand end of the address bar (a small screen with a down arrow), or open the browser menu and choose Install.

Tip: if you do not see the install option, make sure you opened the app link above and not a saved copy. If you want to remove the app later, press and hold its icon and choose Remove or Uninstall.
Core Protocols and Expansion Protocols
Core protocols
These are the built-in items in your VIBE menu. Always start here when one is available for your condition.
Expansion protocols
These are combinations of the five Brain Wave protocols (Alpha, Beta, Delta, Gamma and Theta). They are not a single menu item, so run each brain wave protocol from the menu, one after the other.
Browse Protocols by Area of Well-being
Not sure what to look for? These are the conditions the VIBE protocol finder covers, grouped by theme. Each is a protocol designed around that concern, not a claim of medical effect.
Pain, Inflammation & Injury
Pain is one of the most common reasons people reach for a VIBE, so this is the largest group. Start with the Pain option in the finder for an overview, or choose a specific area.
Arthritis | Fibromyalgia | General Inflammation | Herniated Disc | Low Back Pain | Muscle Strains | Neck Pain | Osteoarthritis | Pain | Sciatica | Tendinitis | Wound Healing

Frequency protocols
Not every protocol is tied to a condition. The single frequency protocols are in the second drop-down, listed alphabetically as they appear in the VIBE menu. The Solfeggio and Earth (Schumann) protocols each hold one steady tone for 30 minutes. Vagus Nerve and the five Brain Wave protocols deliver a centre tone for 30 minutes and move it up and down in small steps.
Awaken 852 Hz (clarity of perception and spiritual awakening) | Brain Wave Alpha | Brain Wave Beta | Brain Wave Delta | Brain Wave Gamma | Brain Wave Theta | Connect 639 Hz (connection, communication and empathy) | Earth 7.83 Hz | Earth 14.1 Hz | Earth 20.3 Hz | Express 741 Hz (self-expression and creativity) | Liberate 396 Hz (releasing held emotions) | Love 528 Hz (love, compassion and forgiveness) | Resolve 417 Hz (clearing what is stuck) | Vagus Nerve.
How the VIBE Protocols Work
The VIBE runs two channels at once, and it is that pairing that matters. One value names a condition, such as inflammation, irritation or toxicity. The other names the tissue that condition is sitting in, such as skin, nerve, muscle or lung. As a session moves along, the pairing changes, which is why the protocols read as sequences rather than single settings.
Most protocols group their frequency pairs into phases that share a purpose, for example calming inflammation, then working on a specific concern, then settling and restoring at the close. The finder shows each protocol’s run time, its phases and a sample of its frequency pairs.

Getting the Most from Your Sessions
- Consistency beats intensity. A regular schedule generally serves better than occasional long sessions.
- Hydrate before and after. This applies to every protocol.
- Let the session finish. Many protocols close on calming or restorative pairings, so stopping early means missing the part designed to settle things.
- Try different combinations. Everyone responds differently. Start with one protocol and observe how you feel, then try a second on a different day or in combination. There is no one-size-fits-all solution.
- Check the run time before you begin. Protocols range from under 30 minutes to over two and a half hours.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the VIBE Protocol Finder? It is a free tool on this page. You choose a condition from a drop-down list and it shows the VIBE protocols designed around it, how long each runs, and the order to use them in. A second drop-down lets you look up any frequency protocol directly.
What is the difference between Core and Expansion protocols? Core protocols are the built-in items in the VIBE menu. Expansion protocols are combinations of the Brain Wave protocols (Alpha, Beta, Delta, Gamma and Theta). They are not a single menu entry, so you run each brain wave protocol from the menu, one directly after the other, in the order shown.
Which should I run first? Always start with the core protocol when there is one for your condition. For added support, follow it with the related expansion protocols.
Do I have to run the whole session? Yes, it is best to let the session finish. Many protocols deliberately close on calming or restorative pairings, so stopping early means missing the part designed to settle things.
How often should I run a protocol? Consistency generally beats intensity. A regular schedule usually serves better than occasional long sessions. Hydrate before and after every session.
How long do the protocols run? From 26 minutes to over two and a half hours, depending on the protocol. The finder shows the run time for each one, and each brain wave protocol runs for 30 minutes.
Why can’t I find my condition? Not every condition has its own protocol. If there is no exact match, choose the closest match to your condition. Try the Pain option for general discomfort, or get in touch and we will help you choose.
What if the results show more than one core protocol? Everyone responds to frequency therapy differently. Start with one protocol and observe how you feel, then try a second on a different day or in combination. There is no one-size-fits-all solution, so try different combinations to find what works best for you.
What are the frequency protocols? They are the protocols built around a tone rather than a condition: the Solfeggio tones, the Earth (Schumann) resonances, Vagus Nerve and the five Brain Wave protocols. You will find them in the second drop-down, listed alphabetically as they appear in the VIBE menu.
Is the VIBE a medical device? No. The VIBE is a wellness device intended to support relaxation, comfort and general well-being. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider, and do not stop or change prescribed care.
Protocol Finders for the Whole Family
The VIBE is used the same way for people, horses and dogs, and many households use it for more than one. Each finder is built around the conditions most relevant to that group:
- VIBE Protocol Finder for Horses, including laminitis, navicular and post-workout recovery.
- VIBE Protocol Finder for Dogs, including hip dysplasia, digestive issues and rescue dog support.
