Common Questions
Is it safe?
Yes. PEMF is a low-risk general wellness technology that’s been used for decades. The VIBE uses very low frequencies (1–1000 Hz) at a maximum of 9 Gauss—safe for people of all ages and for pets. However, it should not be used with a pacemaker or other implanted electronics, with Graves disease or during pregnancy.
How long before I notice a difference?
Everyone responds differently. Some people notice calmer sleep or less tension after the first few sessions; for others it builds gradually over a couple of weeks of regular use. Each protocol runs 30–90 minutes, so run it fully rather than for a few minutes at a time.
Can I use it alongside medication?
