Does the device have to touch the skin?
No it does not need to touch your skin to be effective. It can be on the outside of your clothes. The only precaution is really thick jackets or thick clothing material because the magnetic field does drop off quickly with distance.
So, you want to get it as close to your body as you can specifically the back of the device as close as possible to your body.
Should the unit be set on level 10?
Yes for over 95% of people, the power level should be at 10. Always start at ten unless you are energy-sensitive and it really bothers you for some reason. Then step down to power levels 8, 7 or 6 and see if you have a better experience.d the right combinations of frequencies that gave the best results.
Those are the protocols that Resona Health uses in all its products.
Does the VIBE make sound?
No, for the most part the Vibe PEMF device does not make any noise, it has no speaker. And it’s not intended to be any kind of audio therapy. It is PEMF magnetic field so there is no audible piece to it.
However, if it’s extremely quiet in the room and you put the coils against your ear, you may hear a very slight buzzing sound, but only if you have excellent hearing.
My device gets warm is that normal?
Yes when a protocol is running the vibe should get warm up to 105°F which is perfectly normal. 105 Fahrenheit is what reasonably hot water would feel like on the inside of your wrist.

How far does it reach?
The magnetic field drops off very quickly, so the energy doesn’t transfer across a room or anything like that.
However, when it’s close to your body it’s resonating with the water in your body and the electrical conductivity of your body. Think of it like a pebble in a pond.
The energy is delivered where the device is at, but that pebble makes a wave that travels through the water in your body. That’s how it can be in your pocket and the energy still reaches your foot.
Plus the alternating magnetic wave makes an electrical current, a very slight one albeit, and the energy can travel throughout the entire body due to the electrical conductivity of skin, organs, etc.
What is the Gauss level?
The Gauss level of the Vibe PEMF device is a maximum of nine Gauss. Here is a summary of the technical details.
What kind of signal or wave does the VIBE put out?
All of the wave forms on the Vibe PEMF device are Ramped Square Waves.
How do I know if the VIBE is working?
There are a number of ways to know if the VIBE is working.
Number one is the frequency bars on the screen show that the protocol is running. Please note that the screen will go into sleep mode after 15 seconds to save battery power but the protocol is still running.
A second way you know it’s working is the device will get warm up to 105°F so you will feel it.
You can also test it with the Magnetic Field Tester
Simple hold the bottom of the tester over the coils and you will see the magnet jump around and make noise.
The coils are at the bottom on the back behind the wavy holes.

What is the warranty?
There is a one-year warranty on the Vibe PEMF device for most defects, however, common sense prevails here. If you’re very rough or abusive with it and damage it that is not covered under warranty.
Frequencies
Everything you need to know about the preloaded protocols on the VIBE device. Can’t find an answer? Get in touch →
What frequencies does the Vibe PEMF device use?
The majority of the VIBE protocols use a series of frequency pairs. If you think of the frequency pairs as cords on a guitar, then the protocols would be a song that has 20 to 50 different chords and each protocol is completely different.
So the vibe does not use in most cases a simple frequency or frequency sweep. It uses proprietary copyrighted protocols that range from 30 minutes to 2 1/2 hours. All of the frequencies are super low energy between 1 and 1000 Hertz.
How long is a protocol?
The average length of a protocol is about 40 minutes with the shortest being 30 minutes and the longest a little over 2 1/2 hours. Each protocol is completely different.
When you’re running the protocol, you must complete the entire protocol to get the maximum effect because it’s not operating on a single frequency. You must go through the entire protocol or recipe to get the benefit. You can pause the protocol at anytime and restart it later, but you must complete the entire protocol.
For example, sleep is 46 minutes long. If you only run it for 10 minutes it’s not really going to help you. You need to run it an hour before bedtime as a specific example.
Can I pick my own frequencies?
No. The Vibe PEMF device is not programmable and you cannot select a specific frequency. It was designed to be ridiculously simple to use where you just simply select the protocol, hit play, and put it in your pocket.
So we intentionally did not allow it to be programmed to reduce the complexity.
Is it okay to run several of the protocols in a day?
Yes, it’s OK to run several protocols in a day. But pay attention to your body and what it’s telling you. You can overdo it and it can make you tired because of it.
Because your body needs time to process the energy and repair itself. So just be keen to whether it’s making you too sluggish or tired and then cut back on the number of protocols or number of sessions in a day.
In general, we don’t recommend doing more than one or two sessions a day but everyone is different and we have customers doing it 7 to 8 times a day or more.

How can such a small pocket device give full body coverage?
#1 – It’s resonating with the water in your body like a pebble in a pond. So the energy enters the body where the device is located, but it travels just like a wave on water. Again think of it like a pebble in a pond. One reason we believe this is happening is it doesn’t work as well if you are not hydrated – which is a good clue.
#2 – The other is that an alternating magnetic field will create an electrical current, albeit at a very small one. That electrical current is traveling through the body because the body’s electrically conductive.
How does the Vibe PEMF device compare to other energy devices such as the Bemer products?
There are lots of PEMF devices out there. Most people who have heard of the technology will be familiar with a mat and there are several brands out there. One of them that’s the most common is the Bemer mat.
Forget the Mat. The VIBE is 25 times less expensive, 125 times smaller, 8 times stronger, and one piece not 7. The World’s only pocket PEMF therapy device.
PEMF mats were an awesome invention in their day. They have provided relief for millions of people around the world. But time moves on and so does technology.
PEMF mat technology is over 35 years old, and the modern replacement is called VIBE. It is a single stand-alone device that is ridiculously easy to use. You select one of the 59 protocols, click play, and put it in your pocket or wear it around your neck with lanyard. Or place it anywhere against your body.
It’s “therapy on-the-go” from Resona Health.
Faster, Better, Cheaper.
Is PEMF Harmful?
No it is not. EMF can be harmful but PEMF is helpful. If low frequency PEMF was hazardous, every living thing on the planet Earth would be dead.
The Earth emits PEMF in multiple frequencies 24/7 and has since beginning of time.
Why EMF readers are not accurate measuring PEMF:
Lack of Specific Standards: There are no widely recognized standards for measuring PEMF with consumer-grade EMF meters. The absence of standardized testing protocols for PEMF can make it challenging to assess the accuracy and reliability of readings obtained from general-purpose EMF meters.
Frequency Range Mismatch: PEMF devices often operate at specific frequencies that may fall outside the range of detection for typical EMF meters. Standard EMF meters are designed to measure a broad spectrum of electromagnetic frequencies, and they may not be sensitive to the narrow and specific frequency ranges used in PEMF therapy.
Pulse Characteristics: PEMF devices emit pulsed electromagnetic fields with distinct pulse characteristics, including frequency, amplitude, and waveform. Many standard EMF meters are not designed to capture these pulse patterns accurately. As a result, they may provide inaccurate or misleading readings when exposed to PEMF signals.
Time-Averaging: Some EMF meters use time-averaging techniques to provide an overall measurement of electromagnetic exposure. However, PEMF therapy involves specific pulsing patterns over shorter durations, and these variations may not be accurately captured by meters that use longer time-averaging intervals.
Sensitivity and Resolution: PEMF devices may emit relatively weak electromagnetic fields, and standard EMF meters may not have the required sensitivity or resolution to measure these lower-intensity fields accurately.
Waveform Complexity: PEMF devices often produce complex waveform patterns, and standard EMF meters may not be equipped to analyze or interpret these complex waveforms correctly. The inability to capture the full complexity of the PEMF signal can result in inaccurate readings.
Directionality and Spatial Variability: The orientation and distance of the EMF meter concerning the PEMF source can affect readings. Standard EMF meters may not account for the spatial variability and directionality inherent in many PEMF devices, leading to inconsistent measurements.
Device Calibration: PEMF devices, particularly medical-grade ones, may be subject to strict calibration standards for therapeutic efficacy and safety. Standard EMF meters may not adhere to the same calibration standards, making their readings less reliable in the context of PEMF therapy.

Are there any cautions and warnings?
All Resona Health products are low-risk general wellness devices. We do NOT treat, diagnose, prevent, or cure any disease nor do we make ANY claims in this manner.
Any current medications, therapies, or treatments SHOULD NOT be discontinued during the use of any of our products. Consult with your doctor before you make any changes.
The following general contraindications taken from Dr Pawluk apply to Resona Products as well:
PEMF MACHINES RISK AND POTENTIAL DANGERS OF PEMF THERAPY
The only absolute contraindication for use of a PEMF device is placing an active applicator over implanted electrical devices like pacemakers, cochlear implants, intrathecal pumps, etc., because the magnetic field can shut the device off or otherwise interfere with its function.
PEMFs are contraindicated in organ transplant patients. This is because these people are on immune suppression medications to prevent organ rejection. We do not want to risk adversely affecting the immune suppression/rejection process. There is a chance that PEMFs may actually stimulate or activate a more aggressive rejection process by stimulating the immune system.
USING YOUR PEMF MACHINE SAFELY
Safety of PEMFs has not been established in pregnancy, although there is no evidence of harm. Most manufacturers warn against the use of their device during pregnancy.
PEMF Machines Risk does occur in Grave’s disease or in the case of active bleeding. Please exercise caution and your best judgment while using a PEMF device if impacted by one of these conditions.
Extremely high intensity PEMFs should be used with caution or with professional guidance in people with implanted metals, such as joint replacements, dental implants, mechanical heart valves, metal stents, or metal staples in blood vessels. This is not due to risk of injury or harm, but because extremely high intensity PEMFs may stimulate the nerves in the area of the metal, causing sharp pain. High intensity PEMFs may also add to the shear stress of metal clips placed in or near blood vessels.
I have metal implants is it OK?
Yes metal implants of all kinds are OK. Hip replacements, knee replacements, dental work. All of those are fine. The only contraindication is pacemakers and insulin pumps or any machinery that has electronics in it.
Can I use it with a pacemaker?
No the entire PEMF community does not recommend using it with a pacemaker because it could interfere with the electronics.
Is there an age restriction or can I use it on my kids?
There is no age restriction for using the Vibe PEMF device. Kids of all ages can use it as well as the elderly.
Can I use it if I am pregnant?
No one in the PEMF community recommends using it if you’re pregnant.
There are no known issues or cases where it’s caused a problem, but everyone has agreed to err on the side of safety here and simply recommends not using it if you’re pregnant.
